Wonderful attention to detail and amazing breakfast
I stayed for two nights and was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail throughout the accommodations. Our room was very comfortable, featuring everything from a fridge with fresh milk to an assortment of beverages, and even complimentary chocolates! The breakfast itself was a highlight, with a deliciously cooked meal that included fresh fruit and high-quality ingredients. a more understanding approach from management towards check-in times would enhance the overall experience.

The decor here stands out with its unique charm and character, providing a cozy yet classy atmosphere. The large, comfortable bed in my room made for a great night’s sleep, and the generous selection of beverages and yummy flapjacks was a sweet touch.
The noise from the nearby road was a real downside, with earplugs offered but not quite enough to drown it out. Navigation can be tricky, especially after hours since the front door is on a busy junction with no footway, and the rear access is closed, making it feel a bit unsafe. the check-in process left a lot to be desired, requiring a convoluted system of forms that weren't consistent with what was mentioned during check-in.

Breakfast included fresh ingredients, served in a lovely dining area, enhancing the morning experience. The garden view added a touch of tranquility to my stay.
Check-in process felt a bit rushed.

We had a fantastic time at the guest house with our friends! The breakfast was top-notch and really set us up for our days exploring the Shropshire Union Canal and the scenic spots along the River Severn. The couple running the place was super helpful, even giving us a lift into town when we needed it. Can't recommend it enough!
